We start the process of building a new home with questions about how you live now and what your future needs may be, as well as getting a feel for what your aesthetic is. It’s our goal to carefully balance form with function. From the general look of your home to the number of bedrooms, down to that specific tile or tapestry you love and even where you set down your keys or bag when arriving home, we strive to build you the home of your dreams that fits your life.

renovation

During renovation projects we strive to thoughtfully integrate the project into the structure and aesthetic of your existing house as well as your life with the minimum of disruption. As one of our customers has stated we are “…easy to live with, which is, essentially, what happens during a home renovation”.

Having renovated many beautiful historic homes in Vermont, we are also experienced with structural repair projects and work closely with our engineering trade partners to carefully plan building repairs that will last for a lifetime.
